A post on social media claims that there was fraud in the second round of the municipal elections in Fortaleza (CE) and that "people would be disgusted if they knew what happened.” The post alleges that the winning candidate, Evandro Leitão (PT), bought the election, and that the case is being investigated by the Wall Street Journal of Americas and Gazzetta dello Sport. This is false.
