Some posts circulated on Instagram and Facebook, stating that the rapporteur of the Joint Investigation Committee (CPMI) of the acts of January 8, Senator Eliziane Gama (PSD-MA), employed 140 employees in her office with salaries of R$ 30K. The information is false.

According to the Senate Transparency Portal, Eliziane Gama currently has 19 employees in her office, who receive a basic salary between R$ 2,384.01 to R$ 31,197.00. Only one employee, who acts as a legislative analyst for the congressperson, receives more than R$ 30,000.
